+ What does Fellow Hunter provide?

Fellow Hunter simplifies bringing together a community of sportsmen and property owners. We provide a platform to make finding desirable hunting land easy for hunters while making it effortless for landowners to welcome knowledgable hunters to their property. We provide daily insurance for the hunter, the landowner, and for the land itself. We also handle all of the communications to make for hassle-free reservations and payments.

+ What does the booking cover?

Bookings allow you access to a property for a designated time. Making a booking on Fellow Hunter does not provide you permission to break or ignore any laws. Bookings do not give you any special rights. All appropriate licenses, tags, and documents are required.

+ Can someone else book the same property as me on the same day?

No. Only one booking can be made at a time. This ensures you exclusive access to the property during your booking.

+ Should I knock on the door or communicate with the landowner when I arrived?

The property owner will receive notification the day before you arrive to expect you, so there is no need to communicate with the property owner when you arrive.

+ How long does a daily booking last for?

Booking a property allows you access from 4:00 am to 10:00 pm. Under no circumstances should you be present on the property from 10:01 pm through 3:59am, even if you booked multiple days. Please note that while you are able to stay on the property until 10:00 pm, you still need to follow all hunting laws including what time you are legally allowed to hunt. We allow hunters to remain on the property until 10:00 pm to provide time for activities such as collecting any and all of their belongings.

+ Once I’ve made a booking when can I show up on the property to set up?

Once you’ve made a booking you can arrive on the property anytime after 4:00 am on the day you booked. You must leave the property by 10 pm. All laws regarding legal hunting hours still apply, normally a ½ hour before sunrise and ½ hour after sunset. Visit your state’s game commission’s website or contact them to find out legal hunting hours in your area. For Pennsylvania, you can visit www.pgc.pa.gov.

+ Do I need a license to hunt if I have made a booking on Fellow Hunter?

+ Can I stay overnight on a property that I’ve booked for multiple days?

No. Each day you must leave the property by 10 p.m. local time.

+ Do I need to follow all State and Federal Laws after making a booking?

+ What does Group Size mean and how many people can accompany my on my booking?

Group Size is the number of hunters that can come on the property to in your booking. For each booking you are allow to bring 3 guests. Fellow Hunter considers every guest an active hunter regardless if the individuals are hunting or not.

+ How old do I need to be to use Fellow Hunter?

To use any Fellow Hunter services, including making a booking, you and everyone in your group must be18 years of age or older.

+ Do I get a full refund if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel a booking more than 30 days prior to your booking date, you will be provided a full refund. Within 30 days a cancellation will not result in a refund.

+ What happens if my host cancels my reservation?

A full refund will be provided to any hunter who has their reservation canceled by their host.

+ When am I charged for a reservation?

Hunters are billed within 48 hours of making a booking.
